


JCDecaux wanted to dispose of surplus office space in Sydney following a broader property consolidation.
With a larger, better-suited space already secured out west, the existing premises no longer aligned with how the team was operating. Tenant CS was engaged to efficiently dispose of the space, with the goal to secure the best possible sublease outcome, reduce unnecessary costs, and streamline the portfolio.
Rather than running a traditional exclusive campaign, Tenant CS took a more open approach - launching a broad sublease strategy designed to maximise exposure and drive competition.
This included an open listing campaign, inviting the wider agent market to bring forward tenants, supported by online listings and on-site signage.
