Atmos had outgrown its 49-desk coworking space, with continued growth creating the need for a workplace roughly double the capacity. Tenant CS was tasked with finding a Sydney office suitable for 100 desks, a mix of meeting and collaboration spaces and, ideally, outdoor space. We searched across the whole market, provide unbiased advice and keep the process and property data in one place through our proprietary tenant portal.
Atmos moved into a dedicated full-floor office, giving them greater capacity and control to support its growing Sydney team beyond the limitations of coworking.
The new tenancy provided around 100 desks and a range of meeting spaces without Atmos needing to use additonal budget on building a workplace from scratch.
A large outdoor area provides space for team and client events, complemented by premium end-of-trip facilities including a sauna, steam room and treatment room.
Satisfied with the time and money saved through the Sydney project, Atmos re-engaged Tenant CS to support its growing Melbourne and Brisbane hubs.
