Tenant CS was created to give tenants greater clarity and confidence in the commercial property market. Rather than representing landlords or developers, we work exclusively with tenants to secure the right space, negotiate better outcomes, and make more informed property decisions.

Advising commercial tenants since 2014

Founded by our Managing Director, Tim Green, Tenant CS was established to provide commercial tenants with the expert, independent representation they deserve. Alongside two like-minded tenant advisors, Francois and Maxwell, Tim built a business focused solely on delivering trusted advice and stronger lease negotiation outcomes.

From its beginnings in Sydney, Tenant CS has grown to more than 20 team members, with headquarters in both Sydney and Melbourne.
