The brief

Infrastructure Australia wanted to test renewal against relocation and move toward a far more efficient Sydney footprint.

If relocating, the brief called for a high-quality, sustainable fit-out in a building with a minimum 5.5-star NABERS rating, while using the reduction in space to materially improve the commercial outcome.

2

Premium sustainable office secured

The new premises met Infrastructure Australia’s future sustainability goals while delivering a high-quality workplace.

3

Reduced face rent and total occupancy costs

Right-sizing the footprint significantly lowered rent and helped deliver an unusually strong savings package for a tenancy of this size.
