Moet Hennessy, the "Wines & Spirits" branch of the LVMH Group, had one office space located in Mascot. However, the firm felt that its Mascot office no longer reflected its brand values and image.
Tenant CS was appointed to assist Moet Hennessy to relocate to a space that was more in line with their corporate identity, would attract quality staff, and was located in Sydney’s CBD.

Following an extensive investigation into the Sydney market, Tenant CS helped Moet Hennessy relocate to one of the most iconic office spaces in the CBD, negotiating favourable terms on their behalf.
Tenant CS also assisted Moet Hennessy in the selection of the designer and construction company that will be delivering the new fit out.
