The company was located at Westgate Tower in the west of Singapore and wanted to relocate within the central part of Singapore to facilitate the daily commute of its employees.
Tenant CS was appointed to search for an alternative office space for Vinci Energies. They required a premium grade office space of around 2000 sq.ft, with a preference for city fringe precincts rather than the CBD.
Tenant CS undertook the following:
Several locations within the CBD and city fringe were explored. From the options provided, Vinci Energies chose to secure a unit of 2,340 sq.ft. within the new DUO Tower development in Bugis.
DUO Tower is a 20-level A-Grade office building that is easily accessible by public and private transport and close to the core CBD area of Marina Bay and Raffles Place. DUO Tower also has the largest floor plate in the Bugis micro-market, with raised flooring and premium floor-to-ceiling heights.
