Schindler Lifts, a leading provider of innovative mobility solutions, recognised the need to revitalise its Australian headquarters in South Sydney. Having occupied its previous site for over 15 years, the company sought a fresh start and engaged Tenant CS to help relocate its office and warehouse to a more modern and strategically positioned site.
Tenant CS embarked on a comprehensive search that involved sending a detailed brief to the market and exploring various built-to-suit options.
Through careful negotiation and strategic planning, Tenant CS secured the deal for a new site by leveraging a pre-commitment agreement. This allowed the landlord, Charter Hall, to construct a multi-level warehouse with state-of-the-art facilities - the first of its kind in Australia.
