OnUgo, a software development company, required a new office space within a tight timeframe. Recognising the urgency, the company engaged Tenant CS to assist them in sourcing and negotiating on a suitable office space. A key requirement for OnUgo was finding a fully fitted space, eliminating the need for futher work.
Despite the challenging time constraints and limited options, Tenant CS successfully sourced and secured an office space for OnUgo within just four weeks.
