National Breast Cancer Foundation Australia (NBCF) wanted a smaller, more efficient Sydney office that better suited flexible working and could help bring employees back into the workplace. As a not-for-profit, cost control mattered. The brief focused on 600–700 sqm in a central location, with space for board meetings and events. Tenant CS used market testing and financial analysis to support board approval.
Right-sizing the office reduced unnecessary space while still supporting NBCF’s operational, meeting and event requirements.
The deal captured fit-out value through existing improvements, spec works or landlord support, reducing the capital required to make the workplace operational.
Following the successful project, Tenant CS donated $37,000 towards breast cancer research, reinforcing the broader purpose behind the property outcome.
