Le Creuset was looking for 200-250sqm office space in St Leonards/ North Sydney in A or good B grade buildings with a fitout in place with a mix of open plan and offices/ meeting rooms. Ideally with parking and close proximity to public transport.
Tenant CS was able to identify other suitable options in a tight market, as well as negotiate favourable terms with the current landlord. In the end, Le Creuset decided to stay put, but instead of taking the 3 year option, Tenant CS managed to extend the lease for 5 years.
