When Cowell Clarke, an innovative legal advisory firm, embarked on their journey to establish their Sydney office, they knew they needed to find a space that would align with their unique culture and working style. With specific requirements in mind, including an open-plan layout, ample collaboration areas, a spacious kitchen and the desire to be in Sydney's core financial district, Cowell Clarke engaged Tenant CS to spearhead the project.
After multiple rounds of negotiations, Tenant CS achieved phenomenal savings at Cowell Clarke's preferred property, securing a full floor at 50 Pitt Street which enjoys an outdoor terrace, excellent natural light, views over the park and brand-new end-of-trip facilities.

Overall, when considering the gross incentive, additional landlord works, and early access collectively, Tenant CS achieved a total incentive of 50.46% from the landlord and negotiated for the landlord to pay the tenant rep fees on top.
