Faced with an upcoming lease expiry, Camp Quality engaged Tenant CS to source and secure an office space in North Sydney that would support their needs over the next five years. The company was looking to downsize from their existing 840 sqm whole floor and sought a fitted, cost-effective space with upgraded amenities and parking in North Sydney to cater to staff preferences and to maintain proximity to their storage facility in the North Shore.
Following a comprehensive market search and extensive negotiations, Tenant CS secured an office space in North Sydney with a high-quality quasi-spec fit-out, parking, and picturesque harbour views.
