Assa Abloy had an upcoming lease expiry in one of its Australian premises based in Melbourne. The company needed assistance to relocate their site to a larger industrial space in a better location with more office space. The company also needed the new space to mirror their corporate image.

Following an extensive investigation into the Melbourne market, Tenant CS assisted Assa Abloy in relocating to a build-to-suit space. That enabled them to build the exact amount of office space required and to move into a brand-new building.
The project schedule was planned very carefully to ensure all milestones were delivered on time. Tenant CS also negotiated favourable lease terms and strong incentive on their behalf.
