Having assisted Alstom over the past few years with their real estate projects across Australia and New Zealand, Tenant CS was appointed to undertake a stay vs. go analysis to assess whether it was more attractive to stay in their current premises or relocate.
If Alstom was to relocate, they were looking for office space in Milton, QLD, that offered good exposure/opportunity for building signage and provided a mix of zones, including an open plan area, several meeting rooms and lab spaces.
Though remaining in their existing space was initially the preferred option, Tenant CS’s market search uncovered an opportunity that was too good to refuse. So, Alstom opted to relocate their business within Milton.
