About Tenant CS

Tenant CS is a commercial tenant representation firm that finds, negotiates and secures office, retail and warehouse leases for businesses around Australia. We’re real estate consultants to businesses, on a mission to help companies who lease real estate save time & money and get deal terms that are advantageous for them - not the landlord. We believe the commercial real estate industry is broken - everyone else works for the landlord - and we're here to fix it for commercial tenants.

Our team is made up of an amazing bunch of professionals whose expertise covers workplace analysis, lease negotiations, fitout management, and even tinkers with a little bit of legal logic. We’re logical thinkers, hard workers, salespeople and project executors. We’re ego-free and win projects with great companies (like LVMH, Zip Co, Beyond Blue and The National Breast Cancer Foundation) by being deal-proud, informed and outcome focused.

  • Flexible working arrangements to support work-life balance
  • Professional development opportunities
  • Interstate travel opportunities
  • Career progression and promotion opportunities
