The French cosmetics and perfume company, Clarins, was occupying two non-consecutive floors within the same building and needed some extra space (>16,000 sq.ft) to accommodate part of its Singapore team.
Clarins appointed Tenant CS to help them move office. The company’s key requirement was to remain within the Orchard area, close to their retail operations.
Despite the limited availability of buildings with large floor plates in Orchard, Tenant CS secured a single 16,000sq. ft. floor plate, a mere 50 meters away from Somerset Station. Tenant CS also negotiated a significant rental reduction and a long-term lease on behalf of Clarins.
